Meet Assistant Principal Norman

Mr. Rashad Norman is proud new 8th Grade Assistant Principal at Johnson. Coming to us from NC, by way of Atlanta, GA. Assistant Principal Norman is excited to serve as an advocate for our students, staff, and families; in order to produce positive outcomes for our Panthers.

His experiences include K-12 certified teacher, Literacy Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, along with Principal at the elementary level. Mr. Norman credentials include a bachelors in Elementary Education, Masters (MEd) in Educational Administration, an Education Specialist (EdS) in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment, a professional certificate in Project Management and currently pursuing a doctorate (EdD) in Educational Leadership. He holds endorsements in Coaching and Gifted and Talented.

He dedicated to creating an environment that nurtures creativity, critical thinking, and professional growth.
